# How to deposit assets

In order to purchase KAI, sKAI, vKAI from KLAYswap or supply liquidity to the liquidity pool, you must have cryptocurrency in your Klaytn wallet. Cryptocurrency held on the exchange or personal wallet can be used in clay swaps after depositing it into your Klaytn wallet.

## Deposit Klaytn assets

Klaytn Chain's key cryptocurrency is KLAY, and there are various tokens that follow the standard form of "KCT" such as Klayswap Protocol (KSP) and Kai (KAI). Klaytn chain assets are deposited as soon as they are transferred from the exchange to my Klaytn wallet address.

{% hint style="info" %}
Cryptocurrency assets transferred cannot be canceled. When transferring assets, it is recommended to transfer actual assets after a small deposit test.
